There is no single best café for every visit. This starter shortlist separates three useful choices: a roaster, a city-centre coffee bar and a brunch café. It is based on public venue information, not an anonymous ranking or a claim that we have personally tasted every coffee.
For freshly roasted beans: The Daily Roast
The Daily Roast's own site focuses on freshly roasted coffee, with a brunch menu, training and workshops alongside its retail beans. The branch listed here is on Esperidon Street in Strovolos. If you want beans to take home, ask what suits your brewing method and whether the team can recommend a grind; the available coffees can change.
For a central stop: Brew Lab
Brew Lab's Stasikratous branch is useful for a coffee break in central Nicosia. Its public business information lists Stasikratous 3; other references also mention a Kallipoleos location, so check the address rather than assuming every branch shares the same hours. The venue card here refers specifically to Stasikratous.
For coffee with brunch: NOM
NOM is the choice here when you want a café meal as well as coffee. Its Booked.cy listing is walk-in only, so there is no promise of a reserved table. Practical questions before you visit
Do I need to book for coffee? A listed phone number is a way to ask, not proof that every café reserves tables. Call if you have a larger group or a specific requirement. Where a venue is listed as walk-in only, no reservation button is shown.
Are the hours current? The venue cards use the latest saved Google data, refreshed automatically on a rolling weekly basis, with a refresh date shown. Holiday hours and kitchen service can differ. Venue information takes precedence when a business confirms a change directly.
